I agree fully. *shrugs* But an "I'm glad to see you are safe" can only mean one thing to a fangirl...

I could have respect for fangirls if they were older and actually understood emotions better. Most fangirls of the 12-25 year range only think getting your favorite imported chocolate pocky with sprinkles in limited edition "only meant to be sold in gas stations" boxes is the only type of happiness. It is also very silly to pick a character to be the weaker one to pose as their self. "Fulfilling" their sexual desire at the expense of the characters. (What expense? Oh, how about maybe turning away new or old fans away from the game/anime series to a better series of the same genre? Because in some cases, it is better just finding a different fandom or turn off the internet to enjoy.) Too many hormones...! >_<

Eh. It's highly debatable on who has the worse fan girls. I think the degree of fan girls is related to how much popularity of the show/game has. (Note that the age of the show/game isn't a factor.) Also, the more condensed and "widely accepted" the fan girl population is, the worse they may seem. (For example, the X&Zero has many fan listings and such plus is recognized by the rest of the fandom as a problem. That versus like a X&Double or Alia&Layer pairing when they may or may not have many fan groups and/or the rest of the fandom might not recognize as a problem.)

It doesn't hurt that rubbing elbows with such fans every time you log onto the internet (mostly when surfing the web, not the common frequents you bookmark) makes the problem seem worse. XP
