Ah, that's a good thought there. It's pretty likely that if MML3 ever is released... strike that, when it's released, Megaman will probably have been up there quite a while. His current age is 14 or 15, right? I'd imagine he might be right around 17. I hate to think of him being that old though; I wish he could just stay his current age...

Well from the information given on this board that MML3 was cancled for a while and here recently it has been reopened and there just might be a MML3.
In memory of .hack//Chat I say one last time: "Let's meet again sometime, in that place we love to go. The Root town of Mac Anu!"
.... .hack//kyat....we miss you dearly
I'm almost positive that Capcom mentioned that Trigger was 14 in the first game and 16 in the second. (Random fact, Tron was 14 in Misadventures of Tron Bonne.)
I wouldn't say that Roll and Tron would wait years to get their favorite blue boy back to Terra. I have a feeling he will still be 16 in the next game.
Well, accoreding to The MegaMan Home Page (one of the greatest MegaMan info resource sites ever) Tron and Roll were still 14 in MML2, and if you remember Roll and MegaMan were the same age. Here is the info from The MMHP: "The only really redeeming value to the ending and epilogue (wait through the credits to see it) is you get to see the Bonnes and the Casketts working together for a change (and I mean actually working together—you finally see the series’s two 14-year-old female genius mechanics leaning over a blueprint table together and arguing over how best to build a spaceship)." Y'see? So maybe they were still 14.

Heh-heh-heh-heh, if he's 16 how come he sounds like an 8 year old? Hopefully, when the new one comes out, they'll make him less "girl-ish". (No offense to any of our younger or female members.)
But seriously, I do agree with Breakman's claim, as the universe the game is in is similar to being 2 years later in the second one.
Hmm... I forgot about those letters--been awhile since I played MML2. Interesting...but wouldn't the bot say 'a couple' years ago? A couple would mean 2, whereas 'a few' would be more around 3+. Maybe he was 17. 0_o Odd how he still looked the same age. Either way, they should've made him look older. So, if they make a MML3, he'll be like...18 0_0

Yes "SMALL IN NUMBER", that's what I meant. But that DOESN'T mean it's merely 2 or 3.
And ever heard of "a pair of years"?
"Oh look, it's that a pair of years I see walking across the street?"
"Oh my god! I just lost a pair of years!"
"Dude, that pair of years you are wearing are UGLY."
Whatever you like to believe, believe it. I believe different things. A couple or a pair is two to me too when talking about shoes or people.
I don't think that Walnut (Japanese name) would be more than half a dozen years older. Or not by much, at least.
However, he might LOOK older than he actually is, since in space, where there isn't much mass, you age faster than on earth, where there is much more mass.
That's physics, lads.
How many times must I say this? The mis adventures of Tron Bonne may count as #3. If they do make a new legend game it will be a new version of the first, second and the misadventure game. They'll make a new version of those three before they continue to make newer ones. I'll tell you why. Because if someone unknowing of the past legend series will think this is a new megaman series. Therefore if that happens and they make a new game continueing where they left off at, those people will be confused. So dont be suprised if a new legends 1 comes out.

All thanks for Slash Beast on making this.
I'm not so sure about that... There have been games that have fallen off the face of the planet for years, and then the series picked back up. No one remade the older ones. Also, Misadventures isn't necessarily "Legends 3." It's not exactly in following with the series style- it's more of an offshoot. I mean, to that end, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles is a Final Fantasy, but it doesn't fall in with the numbered ones.
I don't know if they'd make a Legends 3, though. Sadly, the games weren't too popular. I liked them enough, but other people didn't, I guess. I'd welcome it, though, if they did.

I'd surely like to play a new Legends instead of Megaman X 93, Megaman Zero 28, or Battle Network Yellow Translucent Mauve Second Edition.
I just find it funny that Capcom put X in 3D, instead of making another Legends. What, is a good storyline and plot just too difficult for them nowadays?
One thing I want to point out/make straight: Misadventures of Tron Bonne is a prequel. The events in MoTB is before Megaman Legends 1. Also, MoTB was put on the market less than a year before Megaman Legends 2, so the game wasn't meant to be a substitute for Megaman Legends 3. It was more than likely a bone for the fans to gnaw on to keep them occupied until MML2 came out.
Man... That bone was tasty...
