Ok this has been bothering me for quite some time. Do you master Oekaki people actually use the free hand tool? I can't even fathom how you would control that with the mouse, and I have a pretty decent wireless laser mouse myself. So, do you generally use the freehand or bezier and line tools?
InactiveWhen I used to use a mouse, I used the straight line tool, zoomed in extremely far so that it wouldn't look like it when I got done. Later one, someone gave me the advice to go into the options and turn the mouse speed all the way down. That way, I could control it better. Turns out, it worked, and I started freehanding my lineart. Now, though, I have a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet, so screw the mouse... XD

For what little I've done, I've been using the free hand tool most of the time. When I've used other tools (circle, line, ...), it was to be used for some specific purpose such as a logo.

*sigh* even my mouse turned down all the way in speed is still too fast. Thanks for the comments and suggestions anyways.
Well then Ribitta, you just have to zoom in. Press the plus sign in the corner and try drawing at a bigger size. You'll see your lines get smoother, at least a little.
