I decided to give this thread a new, more appropriate name.

Funny how everyone was screaming that when the Transformers movie was being made (replace John Goodman with Micheal Bay). Seriously, your childhood ended years ago, so move on and...y'know...just don't go see those movies. No matter what they do with the movie, it won't suddenly erase whatever silly cartoons you were watching when you were younger.

And I'm surprised no one brought up the EVA movie yet.

He means something else. They were originally going to make a live-action Evangelion movie--it never got off the ground.

Yeah, but you can TELL that these movies are gonna be bad.

There's actually a trailer for the live-action Eva movie on youtube if you really want to scare yourself. It's about on par with G-saviour IMO.

And yeah, if an Aquaman movie is ever made, I hope all the viewers feel like they've been raped with a shovel while walking out of the theatre.

Those videos are all fake, Dranzer, you can recognize scenes from other movies in them.

When I saw the commerical I was actually very excited to see Transformers, because it actually looked good.

But, dear God.. *makes the sign of the cross* The Chipmunks and Speed Racer? Why?

Haha, but yeah if they did screw that up, it would be even more disappointing..

EDIT: But hey, I wouldn't be surprised if next there was a Pokemon movie with real people. >.>

Right, because Shia definitely wrote the script and decided what his character was going to do. It's totally not the fault of the screenwriter. At all. Not in the least.

Seriously though, the script called for a certain kind of character. Shia fit that mold. That's it. The end. If you don't like that, it's not Shia's fault for doing exactly what he was supposed to. It's the writer's fault for giving him those lines.
