Actually, remember this little order:

1. User tells someone how to boost stars
2. That someone SPAMs to boost them
3. He gets all those posts and topics locked.
4. Dr. Cossack bans that someone.
5. That someone is after revenge and SPAMs even more (after registering)
6. Dr. Cossack finds out and username ban both accounts, IP ban that member, Inform the ISP of that person, E-mail ban that someone and reduses both post counts of both user account to 0.

1. It dosn\'t referr to Dr. Cossack as Mr. Bobbs, it was a typo. It meant to say \'thingymerbobbs\' so it was all supposed to say \'How do I get my thinymerbobbs up?\' A thingymerbob is a word for something that you don\'t know what the thing it called. It\'s also another word for \'such-and-such\' and \'thingy\' or \'thing\'.
