It\'d be best to check afansview.com... sometimes, they have MM or MMX cosplayers... you can study their outfits and see how they created it.
Otherwise, the only sure way to make your own MM costume is to make it.

A Megaman costume, eh? Hmmm... seen a Sonic the Hedgehog (I wonder if I still have that one somewhere...), Astro Boy, and I think a Mario pre-made suits but not a Megaman one.
I tried making a Blues costume but work is more important than Hallowe\'en (;^^). How I was going to make the helmet was that I got an used motorcycle helmet (can get a cheap one at Goodwill, garage sells, etc.). Then I would go to the art store, buy some paint (thick and sticky type; don\'t know what it is called). At home, use masking tape at the places on the helmet where you don\'t want to have paint on (visor mainly) and start painting the first coat. Let it dry and then add another coat or start on the \"ears\" and extras. I stopped there but I bet people can use plaster or clay to form the extras (glue them on the helmet with precision). Hopefully that helped somebody....
One time i went to play the arcade in the mall on halloween night and guess how many kids dress in picachu costumes two hundred little punk kids nothing but picachus it was a nightmare
