Do you Alpha is hard?

He is easy once you get the hang of it I just use Sensor3 and the P.A. Bodygrd.

Too simple to beat.
But Bassgs Omega, thats a different story, he kicked my ass about 100 times before i beat him.

Alpha isnt that hard, i almost lost to him, but he isnt nearly as hard as Duo from MMBN4

Alpha is the easiest of all 4 of the battle network bosses. Alpha is the easiest for one reason, because his attacks are more easily predictable then the rest. All he does is swing his hands and shoot lasers. He\'s got an easier to interprate rythm then the other bosses, and using any of the guts styles, you can beat him without a single chip. In fact, the only thing hard about him is that electric syringe, which is also a thing of rythm. I have perfected my style of beating him so well I don\'t even gotta bother trying. In all the games though Gospel was the hardest, followed by Duo, then the Life Virus, then finally Alpha. And trust me, I played all of them and the Network Transmission for the game cube. If I were to add the gamecube, the Life Virus R would be considered even easier then Alpha!

I found him rather difficult . . . but, not impossibly so. Given that someone is strongly concentrating on the game, he should not be -too- challenging to defeat.

The first 2 times I ran out of chips, but when I found his weak spot BANG its totally defeated. If you use woodguts stayle equiped with max of charge and weaponlvl+1, and using sand stage you only have to attack with twister and he´ll be junk data in 56.36 sec(My best time)

Bassgs is hard but not invincible, choose elec custom/guts style and have some nrthwind to blow his aura, if you have the use sanctuary and life aura. Paralyze him frecuently with charged shots.A couple of times and he´ll be defeated.

i used the legendairy MASTER STYLE(PDA NOTE) combined with the shield style, you\'re a force to be reckoned with.

Its a very good advance but it has a very important weak spot
It occupes 4 mega-chip´slots. Personally I like 2XHero. It has 70 of damage doing 10 hits=700, using atk+30=1000 Trowing a prism in the bottom lef corner of his side=
2000 DAMAGE

Personally hands down the ultimate PA in my eyes shall be and always will be the Life Sword, but none the less there\'s only like 1 north wind in the game, and I forgot if it\'s a regular, mega, or giga chip. Even so, if it\'s a mega chip, you can only have one. And unless you trade with someone else, the most you can get I THINK is 2 from the game excluding a futile encounter with chip trades and a good chance with the bug frag trades. The 2 includes the one you get in a BMD or PMD, and the one you can get by buying a copy from Higsby.

Northwind is standard, but once you have it, its more probable to get more on the bugfag trader and chip trader. Right whan I bought it I got another in the chip trader.
If you cant get it, put Geddon3 and then use sanctuary or repair. No matter how powerfull his aura is, the swamp will damage him. Use some mine and powerfull combos, like flamman v3 with grass stage.

Use paralyzing attacks to prevent him regenerate his aura.

<sigh> To kill Alpha when you first try him is challenging, I guess. But once you kill Serenade and the other big people, he gets easy. For the starters, use MetlStge and BodyGrd and hammer away at his core.

I thought he was harder than Gospel, who was much harder than the Life Virus, who was easier than many regular navis. I still thought Duo was harder though...

But yeah, I had some trouble with him.:D
