I think X looks really odd, I really don\'t like this look of him. Zero and Axl are back. The character\'s running animation is sped up from what X7 had; the slow moving characters.

Looks fairly decent, just gives me another reason why I should buy PS2. <_<

Saw this and commented on this in some other thread. That was about X8 being confirmed and this is the trailer so I\'ll just let it slide for now. Maybe I\'ll merge them later with my �A�[�X�� �p���[�I�I�I

I\'m really not sure what to think about Sigma\'s potential not returning. Capcom has often pulled the new villain trick to reveal later it\'s only a farce. I\'ll just wait to see what happens.

What X looks like doesn\'t really bother me. It just looks like X8 has a different character designer than the previous few games. Oh well.

I doubt it. Sigma is a virus and his code could be everywhere.

Not to mention that Zero is still a carrier of the virus.

yep, sigma can\'t die, not until they find the origonal source of the virus, once that happens, it can\'t be duplicated, and it will all eventually be over

but who knows, look at classic MM, 8 games, and few other side games, could be capcoms lucky number

Even if it is, remember the end of X3? X must destroy Zero.

Whatever Capcom was going to do with the end of X3, they abandoned it now. They shouldn\'t have even put that in... it was really, really stupid....

Mmm.. yummy. Gameplay looks like it\'ll be good, graphics are nice. Hope it comes out on Gamecube..though thats unlikly.

Same here even though, I only got xbox and ps2... It\'s an awesome game though. Nothing better than the megaman games, they keep on getting better and better!

Well, there is talk about Wily not exactly being dead, in the X series. People think he transfered his concounce into a reploid body. Maybe they have grounds of that for a possible X9.

Naw... I think Wily is popping up in the Zero series. There\'s a character that looks very suspicious for MMZ3....

I think he might in the X series also. Near final battle is the W in the back ground and Isoc in X6 was a little familiar.

Maybe he was checking up on Zero. Still, I don\'t think he\'ll be popping up in the X series.

Wily has been getting a bigger role in the X series. He\'ll appear.

Yes, Dr. Weil. Looks like Wily, has a name like Wily, acts like Wily. There\'s a very good chance that he\'s Wily.

Besides, he was completely ignored in X7. They might have been planning on putting him in at some point, but I think they\'re holding it off until the Zero series.

Thank god I got ps2 I\'m going to get the game as soon as it\'s out in Canada!!:D

So, is it comfirmed it\'s onlt going to be on PS2? I hope not, since I didn\'t get X7, now I\'m not going to get X8? I\'m just going to wait for PS3, get that then play PS2 games on it, or maybe just get it another way.... yes, you know that way....

It\'s quite obvious that X8 has a different character designer than the previous games. That explains the differences in how the characters are drawn this time around.

Agreed, remeber the ending to MMX1? Zero sacrifices himself to help megaman defeat Vile... and the epiloge says:

\"The war has ended for now and peace has been restored. but those who sacrificed themselves for the victory will never return\"

.... yea.... Capcom you make me sad -_-;; but at the same time, hey, its all good for a laugh ^_^;

I think my biggest problem is Axl, Capcom has enough trouble with bonly two main characters, then they bring in a third, X has gotten very little devolpment for the last 4 games.

Another problem I have with Axl,

Zero isn\'t any different. Just slice and ask questions later. I have a valid excuse for Zero. Sort of. Still, X, where\'s the love?

Damn you Capcom! Forget about the title character!? That takes effort.

I knew Zero was trouble since the first apperance (sp?) of his in Megaman X. Then he got kinda cool, but from the love story of Iris and Zero in X4, the crash in X5, the apperance (sp?) in X6, and then Axl and him in X7, he just... TOOK OVER. Where\'s X? He disappeared! He hasn\'t been mentioned, and now he is quitting being a Maverick Hunter (Wants peace speech). So the \"main\" character in the game is being forgotten and now he\'s quitting. When one day Megaman X14+ games come out, people will be like \"Who\'s X?\"
