About you query, The Complete Works were meant to play on the Japanese Playstations only. If you wanted to get something that would allow you to play import games (like a modchip), then you would be able to play them on your American PSX.

Same as NES but with very cool biography of each characters and some other cool addition to it. It is highly recommend to get. I didnt opened it. I saw the pic in the back of the case.

I\'m not going to waste my money on, as FROZEN put it, \'those Capcom theives\'s games...well, the rehashed Rockman Complete Works anyway.

The remixes are horrible, the graphics are all the same...and Capcom couldn\'t cram more than one Megaman game on a CD? Bull.. ¬¬

I heard something about a mod chip what is that about?

A mod chip is a thing you put into your PSX, and it allows you to play burned/imported games on your PSX. although, some PSX\'s can detect mod chips, and keep you from playing normal PSX games. I want it though.

And also it allow you to play CDR/CDRWIN copy psx games too which is interest but I own PS1 japan system (I dont want to open it because its my collected for rockman games too)

U can playing it by use VGS emu or BLEEM!...ePSXe cannot played it yet.

Mod Chip was being sued from Xbox and other companies so it is getting harder to find. I know one that still running it but cannot be mentioned here because Dr. Cossack said no.

I think that the Complete Works could have merged into 1 CD plus Megaman 7. My idea was real simple. If you\'ve ever played Classic Arcades together like Namco Museum Vol. 3, you\'d understand what I\'m talking about. And maybe as an added bonus and if possible maybe add Megaman 8 and Megaman and Bass. Everything in English. I guess Sony\'s common sense was thrown out the window. Well, that\'s just me and they should still be released to the U.S.

You seem to imply that each Complete Works CD holds both the game and a soundtrack of the music which could be played in any CD player.

Is this correct, or am I reading too far into that?
