I think he is in fact closer to a Reploid than a human or robot. He feels emotion, and acts as an individual. However, he was found in a cave infested with reaverbots. He is described as \"blue\" when we hear this in DASH 2. Therefore, we know he is not entirely human, which is also supported by the facts that he was originally from the old society. He was left behind to study the carbons, which shows that he is not one of them. Let me give my definition of Reploid:

Quote:
Reploid (J-Repliroid) Noun
A sentient being, somewhat robotic in appearance, though with full independant thought and individuality. Mechanical in construction, but human in nature. Also, it should be noted that they are anatomicly correct. An example of this is that the females have breasts. However, reproduction is not implemented (to our knowlege). Repliroids bleed and feel pain. Their robotic appearance is not complete, however. Helmets and such are for protective and cosmetic purposes. They can be removed and altered. An example is how X switches armor parts. Underneath they most likely look like humans, as they apparently have flesh, as visible on their faces. Internal organs are most likely robotic in nature, but designed to function as a human organ would in its place.

So from the facts, he is not human, but is not entirely a machine. (I say this from the \"DASH=distant future\" theory view) I see him as a highly advanced Repliroid. It is most likely that all the others of his kind look the same as a human, and many of them do. We see several instances of this in DASH 2.

I thought Trigger has his armor off in Legends 2, and is wearing an apron in the beginning?

Or was that just a very odd dream of mine...

Yep, Trigger, who was named after a horse of the same name, dons an apron and shirt, jeans, and orange slippers, so, Megs is a human in the Dash series.

No, the game outright says he isn\'t a human. But yes, he can take off the armor.
