So..what do you think, if X even HAS hair...what color is it?

I\'m sticking with either brown or black, since Megaman is shown with black hair in the games, at least.. But if you think it\'s another color, I\'m all ears.

How about NONE? I\'m annoyed by all those people who firmly believe that all robots (and reploids) from the Mega Man universe have hair under their helmets. Why would fighting machines even need that in order to complete their tasks? It makes sense for the original Mega Man since he was made as a lab assistant at first, and not as a fighting robot. Zero is another obvious case of one with hair, and I suppose it\'s just for the look...

Just saying, but it could be one or the other.... i think mainly that it is black, but that could be just me. but at the same time, i agree with Doc that they might not even have hair.... axl has hair sticking out, and some of the \'roids in MMXCM have hair (not all, but some). Spider, i dunno. he has hair, but at the same time, it could be just like a \"hair helmet\". Its just for show. doesn\'t move, just like a helmet or something.

You do have to realize, X was not made for combat. Although equipped for it--more of a convenient plot device than anything--I would find it quite feasible to imagine that X has hair of some sort.

I think this topic was seriously just asked for fun. I don\'t think we should start this into a flame war, which seems pretty evident. Anyway.

I agree with Dr. Cossack. I think a reploid looks the way he/she looks and doesn\'t need to remove their helmet (if they have one). Reploids like Alia and Iris have hair simply because..well, they look prettier that way I suppose. I dun think reploids can remove armor like a human, but it\'s always fun to draw them without armor anyway. :D

If X had hair though, I\'d say brown. :P

You are all wrong. It\'s pasta. He has pasta for hair! ... Mmm... Pasta...

Really, I always thought he had no hair. I had a picture of him from the RMX3 credits and thought his helmet was off. ...Now that I look at it again... I could barely see the outline of his helmet. Darn...

It all depends... Only the Original series Megaman has black hair... and blue eyes... HEY! X must have green hair- I mean brown. ;^^ You see... He has green eyes, right? All the Megamen who have green eyes has brown hair.

...But Capcom changed X\'s eye color three times... Blue, green, red (it could be brown). Argh! He has no hair, okay? ;;;^^

That was Legends, not X. And I\'m pretty sure it was just really dark brown in that series. :D;;

And they gave the MegaMan Character (:P) black hair throughout all of the series\'. This is what makes me say black.

I guess the only indicator is those three big locks coming out of the back of his helmet. That is hair, right?:conf:

Is it? I just thought it was just part of the head-thing.

I suppose, you only need to look at Lan. He\'s his identical twin, so they\'re bound to have (originally had) the same colour hair, which is brown...

But, this is about X, and not Megaman.exe, and I still think black :P

Since X is created by the same person who created Megaman in the original series, my guess would be black.

I remember in a cut scene from one of the X games (i think 5....maybe 6) X had his helmet off for repairs and he had no hair, just a silver, metal brain. I can\'t remember fully but I think it was at the begining of the game.

It really comes down to personal oppinion. I myself hold strong to my belief that the reploids are in every aspect human except for material composition. Therefore, I see no reason for a lack of hair. However, it would serve no purpose in their design. I think that they keep the concpet of hair for creativity in character design.

Lol, chillax, Docta-C.

Whoa... I\'m prescribing a chill-pill to a doctor. Wiggy.

Anywho, yeah. Let\'s say, \"If X has any hair.\". Which, knowing Capcom, he most likely DOES... I\'d say it would be dark brown, like his original counterpart.
