No offense to One Piece at all, but that Monkey D Luffy kid has some SCARY eyes.

I\'ve seen about an episode and a half of the dub of One Piece. I was partially curious what the American dub of one of my favorite mangas would be like, partially because it is on before Ninja Turtles. I\'m not really gonna say much, other than I think it\'s really shitty treatment for a series such as One Piece. God, that awful intro song does not suit the series at all. I wish they would have used We Are, but oh well.

The flash cartoon does do a good job mocking the Foxbox though. I hate that googly eyed thing from Shocktober or whatever it was. The only thing I can say that was wrong is the new Ninja Turtle cartoon isn\'t actually all that true to the original comics, but it\'s tied for the closest adaptation that is..

Anyways, yeah, 4Kids is ruining One Piece. I wish they could be boycotted because they are seriously the worst dubbing company around.

Eh, I never knew much about One-Piece before it aired on the FOXBOX, but it must have been better than it is now. Actually, anything seems better when it\'s not on FOXBOX. Shaman King was great on the Cartoon Network Block Party, but I can\'t watch it Sarurday mornings on the FOXBOX.

Yeah, that yellow thing is LAAAAME. What were they hoping to accomplish with it?

Well Snake, we get anime here (here as in the USA) but it sucks because soccermoms make sure it\'s censored to death since they\'re cartoons and all..and of course, only 7 year olds watch cartoons!

I WOULD watch anime on Cartoon Network..but for one, I don\'t really like the dubs. They give the wrong impression on characters. Like Kenshin (himself, not the show).. In the dub he sounds stoned..and looks stoned for certain when his eyes are half shut. When you hear the original voice though..totally different character.

I went from damning Stoner Kenshin to a fiery death, to respecting Regular Kenshin. Now don\'t get me started on Shishio, because he\'s my favorite character and his dub voice is awful. Thankfully I didn\'t hear Saitou\'s dubbed voice.

There\'s also the blatant edits of a show..like Tenchi Muyo. Ryoko got drunk..she was blushing and all, and stumbling around. I believe she then fell into a lake..and what does Tenchi say? \"I think she\'s passed out.\" :rolleyes: And of course there was an episode of Outlaw Star, where someone cut their hand on something..there\'s a zoom in on the hand, and all the blood is edited out. We\'re left looking at a stupid hand for no reason.

Fox is even worse. I don\'t know how people can watch the cartoons on there..there\'s 20 zillion commercials. I really wanted to watch F-Zero though. =(

The dub song actually grew on me, even though I\'m well aware of its crappiness.
