No...I wasn\'t here for very long. But I do go to other forums. Yeah sure Mario\'s great but why not make a thread about a Mario game...it would make much more sense.

I guess I don\'t have much to say and I apologize. But the point to this thread is very little.

Anyways, the better-known Mario games are quite well done, especially despite being the first significant games on each of Nintendo\'s systems (except possibly Virtual Boy). Somehow Nintendo keeps the \'n00b effect\' minimal even when it designs games for newly created systems--maybe because they had their own dreams about the system and the corresponding opening Mario game?

In any case, though, the Mario series has a lot more games than are usually visible--less prominent ones include games like Yoshi\'s Cookie, Yoshi (a.k.a. Yoshi\'s Egg), Alleyway, Mario Golf, Donkey Kong...I once counted the number of Mario, Mega Man, and Final Fantasy games. When I did that, FF had 20, MM had 45, and Mario had 55. That\'s a LOT.

I like Mario, simple as 1-2-3.
