What makes games like this so addicting,my opinionis that it has a good storyline,but thats just me.

Well, it is the sequel to the best RPG of all time.

Yeah, as soon as I heard it was a sequal to Chrono Trigger, I was like \"OMFG! I GOTTA HAVE THAT!\" Took my mom a while to find it, but I wasn\'t dissapointed with the game. I say it PWNS! Deep story, every character has a personality \"Ja, dat is good\" \"Vat? Ve are going to vat?\" Everyone has their own special attitude and behavior. They all talk different. \"You better watch it, cause I\'ll kick yer but so hard, you\'ll kiss the moons!\"

Yeah, I guess I\'m ranting, but the game is pure fun. Everything is so serious. You want to replay the game again and again to see the new characters and to get them to join your team. I felt like I was there. I was Serge. That\'s how well they put the game. The theater graphics rock!

Well Ive got to agree with ya there but,you know the place of direction they say the mainland is well is there a cheat that lets you get there or not,Im curious.

Not that I\'ve heard. But if you beat the game, you play the game again, and half way through, tyou have alot more characters to choose from!

Cross isn\'t bad, but unfortunately was a rushed game, so that\'s why the second disk goes by so fast and is so..confusing at the end. Plus they had the Xenogears story writer doing the storyline..so..

I think they should make a remake of that game because,the game was the best on the PS1 so,why not make the same one for PS2 or something.It would give the people more time to add stuff to it.

Chrono Cross WAS a remake. Its the 3rd game in the Chrono series.

Shortly after Chrono Trigger was released, Square released Radical Dreamers via the Satellaview network. It was a sort of text adventure with really nice artwork and an awesome soundtrack (composed by Yasunori Mitsuda, of course). Search Google for the rom and the translation patch. Play it in a dark room at night with headphones.

RD and CC follow almost the same story, but RD is not as broad in its scope. RD takes place entirely on the grounds of Viper Manor. After the main story, theres about 10 more endings, each with a sidestory to go with it. I played it through completely, then played CC. CC is really more of a remake and continuation of RD than anything else.

As a whole, I consider the Chrono series to be the greatest accomplishment in the history of video games.

Note before you download the ROM and such though, Breeze. Radical Dreamers is boring as all hell, unless of course you like those text adventure games on computers from the late 1980\'s.

Yeah, but this is like one of those with music by Mitsuda. Thats reason enough to play. Say what you want, but this was the single most atmospheric game ive ever seen. Im serious about the dark room and headphones thing!

If the music is all the game has, well, Breeze can make things easier and just download the SPC file. ;P

RD and CC really aren\'t that similar. The only thing it really follows is the whole Kid/Schala thing. Everything else, like the Time Devourer and Serge, The Dragoons, Porre, etc. That\'s all new for Chrono Cross.

Like I said, CC is a continuation and extension of RD.

Well since it was a rushed game then why not give it another try?Like I said,they realy should make it for one of the newer consouls.I realy think they should it would be awsome if they could finish up what they had left of it.If it dose come out,it should be for PSP all the way.

......and the DS. Don\'t shun it because it has two screens.....:cry:

Rushed??? CC was a great game! If anyone says it sucks, they havent played all the way through it.

i\'ll tell you one thing. If they come out with CC on the DS, i\'ll have one bought soooooooooooooooooo fast it would make your head spin!

I think the battle system would work well with the touch screen, but other than that, I see no feasible implementation of a second screen. Maybe the world map would be displayed at all times.

Actually, it\'s been proven that CC was a rushed game. They didn\'t have enough time to finish it, I think Yuji Horii himself said so.

What else was supposed to be included? Maybe an extended ending? You never do find out what happened after that video in the credits.

Even so, it was an amzing game. Perhaps even more so because of it.

Well if it comes out for PSP then I wont be able to get it,PSP is just to dang expensive for me.Instead,for my birthday Im getting the complete collection of .hack//SIGN,its only episodes,and a brand spanking new computer of my own.I might even be able to use Trillion then.
