Behold! Exploding Rabbit has made a game based off of Super Mario Bros, only with different playable characters.
Super Mario Bros. Crossover
Now you can run through an almost exact duplicate of the Super Mario Bros. game while playing as Mario, Samus Aran of Metroid, Link of the Legend of Zelda, Simon Belmont of Castlevania, Bill of Contra, or Mega Man of, uh, Mega Man.
Each character plays more or less like they do in their own games, and the first time you use the character in th ...

Well, with the release a little while ago, anybody have any thoughts or comments on how they did do justice to the ever popular Pokémon Gold and Silver?
I personally think it is very nicely done, I went and got Soul Silver a couple days ago myself, and am enjoying it~
“About the next title, Kingdom Hearts 3 depends on Final Fantasy XIII Versus, but development of the next title is already underway. There are two titles other than Kingdom Hearts 3 in conception, and I think I’ll release one within this year.”
“As from next year, I want to put out a title with multiple main characters.”
“The series won’t end in Kingdom Hearts 3, more like the conclusion of the Xehanort saga.”
“It’s not the case that when Sora’s story is over another hero’s story ...
Blizzard is finally getting somewhere with this game, it seems. A friend of mine hooked me up with the beta and I must say it's been fantastic so far. Very much enjoying the changes, and the balance still seems to be quite unaffected.
From the "I wasn't expecting this" Department comes the announcement of The Conduit 2, coming to the Nintendo Wii this Fall!
The first one looked neat enough, and I assumed it was a one-off game. It looks like it's sales were good enough to justify a sequel, which is great news: we're talking about a new IP, released for the Wii, with a mature tone, selling a decent amount of copies. Other companies might be tempted to follow instead of ignoring the console.
This puts the price of one single copy to $24.99 or if you chip in with three friends for a 4 pack, $20 a piece!

That's right, Internet blog readers! It's tax season here at Valve, and we need to CLEAR OUT our digital warehouses! What does that mean for you? How about the award-winning Left 4 Dead 2, now available for 50% off the original price? (March 23rd to March 25th)
But there's more! We are SLASHING the prices on ALL of L ...
Alright. Well, for those of you who know about the VC know that there are some games out there worth putting in. Also, this could be a good topic for game recommendations and reviews. So, anybody out there who wants to share their thoughts on games and ideas ect., feel free to share here.

Hey guys, SSJ Vegeta here, been a lnog time huh? anyways now down to business.
I'm in search of the ultimate fighting game, does anyone even know what game that would be? I know everyone has their own opinions on things. So what's yours? What do you consider as the ultimate fighting game?
Tell me here or in PM, it doesn't matter. I'll be waiting, see ya!
Anyone else pumped for this game? I've always been a big fan of the series, and now we get to make our own micro games. I'm glad we get a good amount of freedom with the "programming", so every game isn't "hurr durr touch here before time runs out".
It would also appear that we get a lot of freedom with making music, as well. The scheduled release is March 28th.
There will be a WiiWare channel that goes along with it to make sharing of microgames easi ...
Jailbreak is a cyber-punk styled FPS sourcemod. It's a versus game like Team Fortress 2, but with a catch- if the enemy team forces your entire team back into your spawn/ jail, the doors will lock and you'll be stuck in there with a time limit. Your team needs to go through some platforming and other challenges to escape from your prison, or all of you will be executed and you los ...
There was some interest here about the first game, so I thought it'd be worth posting about.
Squeenix is now working on Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2! It will be released in April in Japan, with no word yet on a North American release.
This time around, the game will include the one core feature that was missing from the previous one: a full multiplayer mode through Wi-Fi! I don't think I'll be getting this game, but it's nice to see them adding a feature that shou ...

Next-gen Mega Man Game
Make a Mega Man game in 3D with next-gen graphics. Could work as a side scroller, or a first/third person shooter, with platforming aspects the Mega Man series is ...
For the longest time (several years, in fact), I've been looking for a good racing game with an arcade-like feel. I'm not a fan of the realistic racers that have been released everywhere, as I prefer something fun to a game where your car is unusable after a mere crash against a wall. I might have found this week what I've been looking for.
Nadeo released only a few days ago TrackMania Nations Forever, the latest entry in their racing series. This new version is completely ...
So I just completed Silent Hill: Shattered Memories for the Wii, and I've got say, this has to be the best survival horror game I've ever played. It does an excellent job of putting you in the shoes of the main character, and also requires you to pay attention to any minor details and of your surroundings, like a true 3-D survival horror game.
The crazy thing about this game, is that it profiles you as you play. During certain intervals in the game, you'll take place in s ...
For those of you who haven't heard of it, Cave Story is a freeware RPG that was released in 2005. It was developed by Pixel Studios, which is made up of one guy.
There are 3 different endings, the story is awesome, the gameplay is great and the music is catchy. It was originally released in Japanese, but someone made a translation patch. There is also a version of it coming to WiiWare at some point in the ...
"The World" Come all you Dot hack fans!!! Started by Tri-Edge on 24 December 2009 at 20:31
As many dot hack fans have wanted for a while, a game that at least closely resembles the fictional MMORPG "The World" on dot hack. I am happy to announce that there is in fact a real "The World" game about to be released to the public.
Here is a video of the root town Mac Anu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnZtJtzSlWI
No fighting videos Im afraid. The trailer was taken down soon after it was created. The website is http://www.cyberconnects.com
Azure Dreams is a game made in 1998 for the PSX, Its about collecting eggs of monsters and training them when they hatch. My biggest problem right now is the fact that I can't seem to KEEP the monsters I hatch. I am in the tower when I hatch them and then I put them back in my bag.
As soon as I use a wind crystal to escape the monster I hatched is gone.
While I normally prefer the 2D styled Zelda games (Minish Cap, Link's Awakening etc.), this game looks incredibly promising. I plan to pick it up on release, but I may have to wait until Christmas to get a little help from my parents :P.
It turns out that all three Phoenix Wright games are being prepared for a release on WiiWare... in the UK, at least.
I'm not sure how the graphics will hold up, though. Some parts, especially the backgrounds, looked low-res on the DS after being reused from the original GBA versions. Now, they'll be even larger on a TV screen. The borders will probably help to offset that, but I don't know how effective it will be.
And Sure, I'll be able to point like a madman at my ...
