aaand so... system Idle processes are taking up variable cpu usage amounts- while im riting this, they seem to be taking up............. 97-99% of my processor.... Can someone tell me what happened?

It looks like Yahoo! has decided that it was time to shut down GeoCities. Those who have been using the Internet for about a decade might understand why I don't hesitate in saying that this is the end of an era.

Of course, GeoCities is completely irrelevant now, but this is a former giant about to being buried.

Recently while looking for registry information I came across four different message boards in which individual posters believe Norton is a GIANT piece of crap (i.e. it causes errors itself and hurts computers, not that it merely does not catch viruses or malfunctions with the result of not protecting). Obviously any commercial virus scanner is a piece of crap, but these posters believe that Norton will actually mess up your system. However, the one post I checked the date on was from 2005 ...

Theres a USB controller I remember using like 10 years ago. It resembled the PS1 controllers only it was for PC HOWEVER this controller was special in the way that it had built in fans in the handles! It was the coolest USB device I'd ever used. I've had a mint condition 15th anniversary Megaman thingy, it's Megaman and he comes with his bro Eddie, 7" action figure from Jazwares, it's been sitting on my shelf for years now.

I checked the price on ebay and WHOOOAAA MAN.
As it turns out, an UNBOXED one goes for $22.99ish!
A boxed Megaman X figure goes for 44 dollars!!
Mine is boxed and still has the price tag for $9.99 on it.

Simple enough question, what do you think of Blink 182?

Anyone know of any good western movies I could watch? So far I've seen The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, Young Guns and Young Guns II, but that's all I know of, if anyone here likes that sort of thing please let me know.

Does anyone here use Virtual PC? Hahaha, it's so fun to use! I'm running and using Windows XP Prof x64 to post! I really want to use Windows 95 or 98 to surf the web, but Doc might strongly advise against that.

Oh, one more question: will it be pointless if I ran one of those Windows server OS's on Virtual PC? I mean, I'm just using a typical retail laptop, so...

So apparently, those who use Windows Live Messenger, formerly MSN Messenger, will find that any link involving Imageshack will not send on an instant message. Any message containing a link to the site will fail to send.

Does anyone know the reason as to why its doing this? It does not seem to be a random glitch, as the restriction is global.
