I was wondering why this of all other websites is reporting that Mega Man 9 is coming out on September 22, 2008. Gamefaqs, Gamespot, The Mega Man Network, and many others all have it slated for release just for September. I wonder why that is. I am so excited about playing MM 9 but would like to know if this is true that it is coming out on the 22nd. Thanks.
"Mega Man Mastered" is a series of videos showing me defeating all of the bosses in a particular Mega Man game with using the Buster only, and while taking no damage. I put the battles to appropriate stage themes, and exlcude the game sound. If I didn't, you would be listening to the same boss battle theme over and over and over again (in most cases), and I'd rather avoid that.

An interesting image has surfaced on NeoGAF hinting at a new Rockman game... possibly.

The image was found in one of the Rockman 20th Anniversary Art Books. Some of you may feel the image seems familiar, and you would be correct. This is the same piece of art made for the Rockman Complete Works series, which were individual re-releases of all six original Mega Man games for the PS1. But is not the image that intrigues us, but rather the text underneath ...
I am excite to tell you that I have it and I am going to test it on my PC and take some screenshots here soon. Keep tuned. :) Edited by RockmanForte on March 3, 2008 at 11:03:29.
Simple question, but the answer can be both tricky and interesting...
Over the last 20 years or so, a lot of things have come and gone related to the Mega Man universe. Characters were introduced, plot lines were started, games were released... However, we pretty much all have one specific element of annoyance with the series. I'm sure that, at some point, you've said to yourself "this could have been so much better if...". Maybe you'd have liked a proper closure ...
You know that there are different ways to play Mega Man 2 for the NES. Bosses have more than one weakness, Items can help you pass certain parts of stages, different strategies for the level layouts. So, what is your suggested order to get through Mega Man 2? If you'd like to, state your reasons as well.
My order:
1.Airman - fairly simple level and boss.
2.Metalman - There's an easy E-Tank that wants obtaining at the beginning of the stage on a conveyor belt. You can't miss it. ...
The hardest part for me in MM5 was the part right before you take out protomans robot and move on to Dr. Wily, The Darkman robot is pretty hard to, the blasting out the square wall pieces and the cieling lower with spikes on them, it took me a while to figure out that you had to blast them out just right and slide under one, i kept blasting them over and over again only to get smashed and nailed by the spikes and i kept going over the first pillar with the wrong route. In an interview with 1UP, Rockman creator Keiji Inafune said that creating a Rockman game for the next generation consoles would be a gamble towards CAPCOM's finances. "I'm not even saying it has to be Capcom money. It could be EA, actually. I should say a company we have ties with, so maybe Rockstar," said Inafune in the interview, saying quite honestly that the potential $15m for development could break put CAPCOM down a fair bit. From a producer's standpoint, Keij ...
"Inafune also revealed that he wasn't responsible for the creation of Mega Man himself. "I'm often called the father of Mega Man, but actually, his design was already created when I joined Capcom," he explained. "My mentor , who was the designer of the original Mega Man, had a basic concept of what Mega Man was supposed to look like. So I only did half of the job in creating him. I didn't get to completely design a Mega Man from scratch until Zero (Mega Man X, SNES). Back when the SNES was ...
THIS has become a bit of a meme on YouTube. In fact, everything this guy does seems to be parodied and used in the "YouTube Poop" stuff. (Everything on his page is 100% awesome...)
I wonder, are there any other bizarre clips like this that could be done (specifically from MegaMan)? Edited by Nayus Dante on October 7, 2007 at 22:41:34.

I remember seeing a VHS tape at Toys R Us back in the day, giving instructions on how to play MM2. Didn't buy it, but now I seriously want to see it. Does anybody have it or know anything about it? Edited by Nayus Dante on July 27, 2007 at 20:11:51.
Cats are my favorite animal.I always thought a Dr wily Robot based on felines would be ultra cool,it never happened. The only Robot master close to my idea is Dr Wilys NEON TIGER, Which is my most favorite robot master in the X series. I want catman in an 8 bit megaman adventure.A newly programmed one for that matter.I do wish something could help me on this.Probably will never happen though.:( Edited by Catman on April 28, 2007 at 22:32:18.
NewArcade MM games (12 ) How do you play them? Started by PUNK on 26 May 2002 at 11:24
Since Rockman: The Power Battle and Rockman 2: The power Fighters are both available to play as arcades and roms, I\'ll ask if these kinds of roms are acceptable.
I like his blueness (his color), style(anime wise) and his evolutions(different series that will never die).
What I love most about Mega Man are his games, namely how they always had a selection of levels to chose from instead of going through level 1 to whatever in order. I also like how you get a weapon from each boss you defeat, and the Rock, Paper, Scissor style of how they work on other bosses.
At the time of TOS, robots are not capable of or have not engaged in sexual reproduction, therefore there are no robotic family relationships. Roll and Rock were made by the same creator. They have no parents. I am tired of people saying that roll is his sister and saying that they cannot be involved in a relationship. In the X series, reploids are visibly attracted to those of the opposite gender as females are more numerous in the X series. If there were more female robots in TOS, this wou ...
Click or stick in your navigator. I want to explain that I will probably not send this to Capcom unless it obtains at least 1000 signatures, rather 3000. I want something which will make leave the eyes of Inafune their orbits if it reads this!
I\'m asking, because I realized pairing Roll with Ice Man is a bad idea, because they were both made by Dr. Light, then I was gonna pair her with Quick Man, because Dr. Light didn\'t make them, but then I got nervous...
The first boss with the falling metal robots with the one faced robot i thought was the most difficult, you have to kick the megaball from just the right spots to get it in every single cranny to damage him.
