Supposing some female reploid caught his robotic eye and if X could somehow combine his scematics with another reploid\'s to create a new robot, thus having children essentially...

Rock and Roll were able to wear normal clothes, so I don\'t see why X couldn\'t look like a normal person without his armor. (With the roboty type lines and such on his body of course)

IF X could have children that\'d be really odd, but it IS just a game, so anything is possible.

The only issue is X doesn\'t seem to have a love interest, and has never had one in the past. So the chances of X falling for someone any time soon is pretty slim.

I usually wouldn\'t coment on this, but what the hey! If I remember correctly, X fell in love in the X manga with some blond reploid. In my oppinion, the manga is horrible, mostly about that part where Zero takes off his helmet and has a normal head under there. I have only seen some pages, but I think one can agree they are not THAT human underneath.

Ok, enough with the awnsering on that one, what I wanted to say from the beginning was: I think you shoud focus a bit more on the fact that this is a game. It was not made to make you wonder if the main caracter is able to have children.

Well, I see it being possible under certain circumstances. Dr. Light is considered X\'s father, cuz\' he created X. If X built a robot, he would be it\'s \"father\" As he is it\'s creator. Well, that\'s my thoughts.

You know, is it not true that there are few (if any) humans left in the world during the X series. If so, it is only sensible that reploids can reproduce. How would the population continue otherwise. It would just feel wierd for a reploid to build another, would it not?:conf:

1. X is a robot. If Dr. Light meant for him to feel attraction to anything, he would have programmed it into X. It seems pretty obvious he didn\'t. (That, and I don\'t really like how a lot of people have to throw love stories into everything, even plots where they don\'t fit.)

2. As much as some perverted fans may like it (NOT ME, take note): Robots DON\'T have sex, or bear children. Well, they can bear children, but it\'s not the way that it works in humans. I\'m pretty sure that you all know what I mean.

3. I\'m pretty sure that humans still exist. As evidence, let me point to Ciel\'s existence some 100 years after the X games (or however long it takes for one plot line to become another).

4. The idea of robots falling in love with each other is actually old. I\'m sorry to say this, but Capcom didn\'t come up with the first of this idea with Zero and Iris; Squaresoft already had used that idea with Robo and Atropos XR in Chrono Trigger.

5. I\'m pretty sure that if you want X to show up in \"normal clothes\" like the original Rock did, you\'d have to redesign him, since I\'m also pretty sure that Dr. Light didn\'t design him for that. (Goes along with Light\'s not programming him to fall in love.)

ShadowZeroX: What you mentioned was an emotion, not an attraction. On one hand, it\'s completely possible (and it seems to be the case) that Dr. Light programmed him to have certain emotions and not others. On the other hand, it\'s one thing to be able to love, but it\'s another thing to be attracted to someone else. Keep in mind that you can love your parents but not feel \"attracted\" to them, for example.

Is Ciel human? I\'m bad at keeping up with the Zero series.

Excuse me, I hate to interrupt the current debate, but it IS possible for X to, well get married and all. Coz, I mean, X is more along the lines of an android really. Just think of it this way. Try to picture him without the armor and all. All the humanoid Reploids were created with synthetic skin, emotions, and are able to make their own choices. Now, physically, they\'re able to feel things, right? And another point, THEY BLEED!!! But, some of you might not know that if you haven\'t seen the sad ending for X while playing X5. Now, for the other stuff, like sex wise, X might be able to do that. Like I said, he is somewhat of an android.

Now where is this series going when robots seem to act, interact, and behave JUST LIKE HUMANS (even down to BLOOD?!?!?!?! WTF?!)? First, I\'ve never seen a screenshot of that \"blood scene\" (can anyone point me toward it?), although I\'d like to, and second, why would an android need blood anyways?

Now I notice just how strange it is to collect Zero\'s parts in X2...
