You think that\'s bad? Wait until you beat MM7 in the Anniversery Collection.

Not so much as censorship, but Capcom (or maybe it was Atomic Planet) hack off parts of the ending that were in the Super NES version. You won\'t be seeing Mega Man walking away from Wily\'s destroyed castle during the credit roll and you won\'t see the photo of them all in black in white(..more like brown and white and grey).

That totally pissed me off. It almost makes you hesitant from even bothering beating the game.

Just some more proof that the original games are far better.

For one, there\'s nothing like playing the SNES. No emulator could emulate that. For two, the games are fully intact..albeit translated poorly.

Even MM8 wasn\'t ported well TO IT\'S SUCCESSOR. The FMV quality is crap.

The only thing I was looking forward to, was the picture galleries. And they go by so fast and are at such poor quality that it\'s not even worth it.

And the music in MM6, the \'navi mode\' music.. It sounds like someone is playing back with RealPlayer. Capcom owes us a better compilation.

Yeah, what in the name of overclocking were they smoking when they decided on what to keep and what to change in the AC. I liked the music from Rockman 7, especially the intro stage. However, I did NOT like hearing a remix of that song in TOP MAN\'s level..... They should have done a better job, considering how many times it was delayed. They took a lot of songs I liked, like Magnet Man\'s theme, and inserted music from 7. Also, the energy bar in 8 flickers a lot. It looks discolored too. The color makes me think its Rock\'s nausea meeter.

Not to mention the messed up voices in Mega Man 8. They sound like the Chipmunks. If you encounter any boss in the game, you\'ll notice the change from the original Mega Man 8 for PS1. Come to think of it, I\'m not sure if they kept the voices the way their suppose to be in the PS2 version of MMAC...

If you ask me, the ESRB is composed of 2 groups:

1. A bunch of hardcore gamers who can handle the blood, language, sex, etc
2. Concerned mothers who want their childrens videogames to feature fluffy lambs and creatures

I believe that the 2nd group rated The Sims, while the first rated games like the LucasArts adventure series. The Sims is a clean game, with only some sexual elements in the expansions. The LucasArts Adventures, like Day of the Tentacle, feature a lot of swearing and such. The Sims received a T, while the LucasArts series passed by with Es. I dont trust the ESRB. I think of games from a developers point of view, not a players, so I look at this subject differently. Many people like the Unreal series because of the graphical detail of people exploding. Hell, I bought 2k3 for its new editor. First thing I did was make a new level right after I installed. If you take great games away from our children, they will grow up liking Yu-Gi-Oh and crap like that. Enough said.

Yugioh sucsk mainly because it too, was heavily censored. ESRB doesn\'t work on Anime, but 4Kids works just the same.

He is saying darn, i do not hear damn, reason being they cannot patent a swear word in something a minor would look at, Megaman is patented for minors and adult entertainment, a minor probably coudnt fathom in their mind what the wily press would do to somebody, they just think it looks like something cute on a screen, damn is a swear word, i go to church i know, a pastor will correct somebody who speaks it, he is saying darn.
