Well ok my sister punches him,hits e or kicks me at least fives times everyday(she is 15 and I am 12).She tries to make fun of me on a daily bases.She even hurts my friends,annoys them,and always has a sour attitude.She stole all my pokemon,pocket monster,and other language pokemon cards.Her firneds are nice but then around them she treats me like she has never met me in her life...is this normal?

My sister is 19 she doesnt beat me up but that isnt nomral that is abuse.

First off, don't ever follow Kiryu's advice.

Second, that isn't abuse unless it really HURTS. Does it injure you when she kicks you and punches you? If she's brusing you badly, then it needs to stop and you need to tell someone about it. But if she's just roughhousing, you're going to have to deal with it. Ask my little brother.

She just sounds like a big..brother, to me. She must be some tomboy.

It is natural for brothers and sisters fight, but the way you explain it, she just plain hates you. What did you do to deserve it. She must hate you for some reason... I dont know. I pick on my brother, but not like that.

Im the older brother (Im 15 he is 12) And trust me, thats not normal, you should ask her why she is so mean to you. If she dont answers and keep hitting you, you need to tell that to your parents

People Im not so worried about me sometimes its she hurts my friends and annoys them...I even swore at her before.Oh and last week in the morning(around 10:00am) I just get up.Im brushing my teeth and she yells at me to get out so I said "Can you let me finish brushing my teeth" so she drags me out by my hair,and my hair aint that long either...I wanted to tell my mom but she was really busy and my dad was already gone...

Even if your mother is busy, you really need to talk to her about it.

If she doesn't do anything about it, you will have to deal with it until you get old enough to move out (or hopefully your sister moves out first). Because if you're too young to take care of yourself, and you call one of those abuse hotlines..they might put you in a foster home or something. I'm not sure how that all works. You could always call them and see what they say though, but stay anonymous so child services won't come banging on your door later.

Hollow's right. If your mom's busy, then just get here to pay attention to you long enough to explain everything. Most parents will undestand why you had to interupt what they were doing after hearing that such things go on in their house (of course, some will hurt you if you interupt them for anything. Hope you're parents are the former, no the latter.)

And about self-defense, if you're not comfortable hitting your sister, or are afraid to do so, just try and block with your arms instead. If all else fails, you can always run. Think that makes you look like a coward? Then think about this: a coward who runs away from danger doesn't get hurt by it. If you're not fast enough to get away, then I have no other useful advice.

This is a very serious thing, and something needs to be done about it as soon as possible.. your parents' chores can wait!

There is no way I am living with a foster failmy!I think when my sister goes to college she will be out of state(thank god!)but she is a sophmore(however you spell it)in high school.So only a few more years.Ill stand the shit from her for a few more years.Now I must steal my pokemon cards back!(she bent them*sob)and some of them were in different languages too.

Good, out of state is very good.. Just take care of yourself until then, try to avoid her as much as possible.

You might also want to get a storage box with a lock on it, or something like that..since you said she bent your Pokemon cards. You can put easily breakable material possessions in there, and she couldn't get in unless she knew the combination..or has some bolt cutters.

She said she wants to play someone so I let her BORROW my deck.Then I ask her for them back(I let her borrow them when I was in 6th grade and now I am in 7th)she says she needs them for school.Now I find them all bent up in her room on her bookshelf.She hate pokemon.She hates me.Before she moves out I will get them back,I promise.Or mabey since she tells her friends she hates pokemon I could show them her deck(my deck)At least I still have some of them.I didn't give her my Articuno,Entie,Latios,Latias,and Jirachi and I have some I just bought.Good thing too.My mom will get them back.She said she would.I sorta dont have a storage box but I could just put them in my binder.Where my sister aint aloud in my room!Or just put the binder in my messy closet.Ill be able to find them but she wont.
