Hey all. Got a job and decided to start saving up for a laptop I can take between my two houses. Problem is I don't know much about laptops or even alot about computers. All I know is my friend told me to stay away from dell and acer. Who has suggestions on what to look for? I don't really play alot of uber games, mostly stuff like diablo 2, Starcraft and ragnarok. I doubt I need a very high end laptop for this but I don't want a piece of crap that can't play any new games either.

It really irritates me that scientists keep doing studies to tell us WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW. Today's study, found on Yahoo News, tells us this vital piece of info:

"Children with a parent who smokes, drinks heavily or uses marijuana are more likely to adopt these behaviors when they're teens or adults, U.S. research suggests."

NO S***.

I wanted to make a topic so people can see other fads from other places. Possibly old fads can be new fabs somewhere else. Eating the powder and having it around to trade for other Kool-aid flavor powders used to be in. Now where I'm at the new thing is lotion. Hand lotion.
