With the server migration now complete, I'll be pulling the plug on the old one soon. It just occurred to me that the Mumble server (voice chat) is linked to it, so it'll get dropped at the same time. I can easily reinstall a new one somewhere else, but it got me thinking. Should I bother?

There are rest areas at about 400 meter intervals on the N/S route with corrals for horses, chests, furnaces, and crafting tables.
Routes are not safe, but fast. No lights, no fences.
In case you were wondering why I've disappeared, I am not quitting, my video card up and broke, it's not even a year old! I sent it in for repairs but haven't gotten it back yet. Hopefully when I fix it I'll see u all soon!

I used to MUD back in the day (text only MMO, pre-MMO days. Think Zork for multiple users). The MUD I played on was a Wheel of Time theme (Robert Jordan books). I was telling my co-worker about those days and got nostalgic. Turns out it is offline now, but only temporarily since September. They are revamping and reworking the 25 year old game and re-opening soon. Probably a good thing that it isn't open, or I would have spent the next week immersed in the MUD again.

A few rules before we start:
#1. All rules on the main (Creeper's Lab) server apply to Raw Survival.
#2. NO SPAWNER IDLING. This is one of the best ways to cause server lag and prompt a /butcher and /ban.
#3. Please DO NOT ENTER areas marked as private by signs or other method unless authorized to do so. Just because we have no door locks does not mean you can raid houses.
So, as most of you know, the Nether has been under heavy reorganization since roughly Janurary-February-ish. As of 11 July 2014, the lion's share of this project has been completed in that everything along the mainlines has more or less been rerouted into substations and the lines more or less horse safe, though overworld sides have not been checked, so proceed with caution while on a horse.

Just a heads up, the Gold Farm in Gondwana has had some slight adjustments made. I've implemented a weighted pressure plate setup so that if too many mobs get stacked up, it'll automatically deploy a piston and kill 'zem all. I was hoping to have it set to go off at an exact number but unfortunately unlike single player, the mobs in multi-player keep hoping/bouncing off each other and it throws the weight off. I understood that Kag is the owner of these two users, who's only purpose is to idle near his farms to keep the chunks loaded.
